The white marble top above a frieze carved with channels raised on scrolling feet carved with laurel leaves and twisted ribbon ending in acanthus leaves issued from a waisted fluted base, bearing a red ink stamp '480', the underside of the frieze bearing a handwritten label '733', redecorated, the base cut down by approx. 2 in. (5 cm.), restorations to marble
