Of baluster form, on slightly domed circular foot, with reeded mid-rib, with short spout and scroll handle, the hinged stepped domed cover with pierced scroll thumbpiece and baluster finial, the side engraved with a vacant oval cartouche within scroll mantling, marked on side and cover bezel
