a fan, the leaf painted with the King of Babylon feasting and the words on the wall Mane Thessel Farets, the verso with a baroque border with birds, the ivory sticks carved with Venus and Cupid, the guardsticks carved with figures, birds and baskets of fruit - 11.5in. (29cm.), French, circa 1710 (one stick damaged)
