In My Childhood...
signed and dated 'Ian W Abdullah 19.96' (lower right); inscribed 'In my Childhood days we had an old teendes ford which the/family used to travel from Swan Reach to the Riverland./But one night we broke down so we had to make a fire so/we could keep warm until the car was fixed and then we would/keep going on our way back home to Swan Reack (sic) which was all so (sic) on the River Murray and this happened (19.56) flood' (upper centre)
