Lot Essay

The pair of skis and poles in this lot were given to Peter Hunt following the filming of On Her Majesty's Secret Service. Identical ski equipment was used in the film by George Lazenby and Blofeld's henchmen during the chase sequences down the mountain from Piz Gloria.
