The breakarch hood with outset columns, with breakarch trunk door and on plinth with wavy skirting, the 12in. wide painted dial with spandrels painted with flowers around vignettes of corn sheaves, Roman chapter ring with subsidiary date and seconds rings, signed Barker, Fordingbridge, blued steel hands, with painted rocking ship to the arch, with false plate stamped WALKER & HUGHES to the eight day movement with four pillars, anchor escapement and rack strike on bell -- 80in. (204cm.) high
