The balloon-shaped case with pineapple finial, handles to the sides and radiant mask mount to the front, on bracket feet, the white enamel Roman and Arabic chapter ring with crossed minute track, blued steel diamond hands, signed LEROUX/CHARING CROSS, the eight day single wire fusee movement with anchor escapement and pivoted pendulum, curved plates, signed on the back plate J. Leroux/Charing Cross, formerly with holdfast -- 17in. (43cm.) high; and the associated waisted wall bracket en suite -- 9in. (23cm.) high (2)
