An Austrian gilt metal mounted walnut, burr-birch, fruitwood and engraved marquetry bureau-cabinet

Crossbanded and banded overall, the moulded cornice with one bowed drawer above a central door, flanked by eight drawers above a hinged flap, inlaid with a later engraved coat of arms and a double-headed eagle, enclosing a fitted interior with three drawers, the concave fronted and waved base with four long drawers, the interior with marbleized paper lining, on bun feet
