engraved in diamond point with two sets of the Royal Coat-of-Arms and interlaced initials above the verse When friendship love and truth ar found among a band of friends The cup of joy goes quikly round Each shares the bliss of others Sweet roses crown the thorny way Along this vale of sorrow The flowers that shed their sweets today Shall bloom again to morrow (sic.) and dated 1849 above a simple stem -- 5 1/8in.
