The rectangular crenellated cornice above two pairs of doors, the right doors pasted with the Country Life cartoon strip 'Tottering-By-Gently', the left pair of doors enclosing four slides above two and three long drawers, the right pair of doors enclosing a brass hanging rail with eight hooks, on a moulded plinth base, the locks stamped 'HOBBS LEVER 6 CHEAPSIDE LONDON', the hinges stamped 'HODGES'S PATENT LOCKJOINT', one handle replaced, the drawers and slides lined in ash
