CIRCA 1725, THE DECORATION ALMOST CONTEMPORARY, DREHER'S , TO FOOTRIM OF SAUCERS
Decorated in the Augsburg workshop of Bartolomäus Seuter with vignettes of Orientals at various pursuits, the vignettes on the stands supported by scroll pedestals, below broad gilt bands edged with C-scrolls, the lower parts with gadroons gilt with dot ornament alternating with scrolls and gilt bands, the double-scroll handles richly gilt, the saucers similarly decorated with Orientals on terraces supported by strapwork, the undersides with similar gadroons (very slight wear to rims and edges of vignettes) (2)
