A FÜRSTENBERG POT-POURRI VASE, COVER AND STOPPER
CIRCA 1790-95, BLUE SCRIPT F 3 MARK, PRESSNUMMER 3
Painted with a bouquet of pink roses on one side and a bouquet of forget-me-nots on the other, with small sprays of forget-me-nots at the sides, below a band of entwined ribbons and husks, on a flared circular foot, the tapering cover with sixteen gilt-edged apertures in two sizes below a similar border, the domed stopper with a similar border below a gilt ball finial, gilt band rims and borders (minute areas of wear to gilding, minute flaking to blue enamel in places)
