Modelled by Georg Ludwig Bartolomae, wearing a black peaked cap tied with a yellow ribbon, flowered jacket and striped breeches, standing with one hand raised, the other pointing to a seated cat and a hound feeding by a kennel, on a mound base (restoration to cap, thumb and left forefinger, chipping to right little and index fingers, chip to corner of kennel roof at back, minor flaking to black enamels, hairline crack to top of hound's forepaw, filled gap between his leg and kennel)
