The moulded breakfront variegated violette marble top above three frieze drawers, above two long drawers, inlaid sans travers, the central angled panel decorated with vases, fruits, foliage and musical instruments, flanked on each side by a flowerhead-filled trellis panel, above a shaped floral apron, the angles headed by paterae above a volute with husk pendants, with conforming concave flowerhead-filled trellis sides, on foliate scrolled feet, the handles engraved to the reverse with JT 579 and JT 581
