MARK OF THOMAS SHAW, BIRMINGHAM 1823
Rectangular, reeded overall, the cover with presentation inscriptions on the exterior and interior -- 3¼ins. (8.3cms.); a George III snuff box, the base engraved with foliage, the cover engraved with oak leaves and acorns. Samuel Pemberton, Birmingham 1810 -- 1 7/8ins. (4.9cms.); and a George III cylindrical nutmeg grater, the sides engraved with wrigglewok freizes, the cover engraved with a flowerhead, apparently unmarked, circa 1800 -- 1¼ins. (3cms.) (3)
