The frosted gilt chain fusee movement with engraved cock and foot inscribed 'Patent,' the monometallic balance with flat hairspring and Massey lever Type 5b escapement, jewelled with large 'Liverpool Windows,' in screwed jewel holders, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, large subsidiary seconds, stop lever under the rim, in plain silver case with ribbed rim, bezel and band, movement signed and numbered
