painted to the centre with a seated lady playing the qin in a fenced garden within a reticulated border of overlapping circles -- 5¾in. (14.6cm.) diam.; and an 18th century famille rose saucer dish painted with a bird and an insect on a peony branch, the reverse ruby ground, Hongzhi mark -- 7 5/8in. (19.4cm.) diam. (2)
