LIMITED EDITION, one of 300 copies signed by the author, the son of that formidable man of letters, Sir Edmund. The collection was inspired by the tales of Robert Louis Stevenson, a friend of his parents, which he told him when he was a boy. Gosse brought together a collection of about 140 books on pirates and highwaymen.
