painted in the Imari palette with panels of stylised Oriental flowers, the penstand and cover with a serpent finial, with urn-shaped sander and well, both with covers flanking a central circular bowl and pierced cover, on a shaped rectangular base supported by four paw feet, iron-red mark -- 8½in. (21.6cm.) wide, circa 1830
