with external details including brake and sanding gear, tank filler caps and balance pipe, displacement lubricators, scale cab and backhead fittings, steps, hand and lamp irons and other details. Finished in pre-1928 LMS lake livery -- 9 x 20.5cm. (3½ x 8in.)

Lot Essay

This model represents one of five small Drummond engines for which the LMS found much use after 1923 on such routes as the Dornoch branch. No.15051 itself lasted until BR days.
