With sloping rim on short foot, the white interior decorated with a symmetric arrangment of a central tuft issuing two tendrils that join at a single blue palmette, issuing a pair of blue tulips, flanked by a pair of red roses and at the bottom, a red and a blue flower, also from the central tuft, and two more blue tulips, with a red arabesque panel between the two main tulips, the rim with black stylized wave and rock motif, the exterior with simple alternating blue and green motifs, rim fritted, foot drilled, small chip on foot
