Lot Essay

According to the vendor, the autographs of John Lennon, Yoko Ono, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts, Bill Wyman, Marianne Faithfull and Eric Clapton were acquired when she attended The Rolling Stones' Rock'n'Roll Circus, filmed over three days, 10-12th December, 1968, at the InterTel Studios, Wembley. At the time, Brian Jones had signed a photograph of himself for the vendor (not included in this lot) - the signature in the autograph book was obtained later in March, 1969 at Olympic Studios, and the photograph of Jones which accompanies this lot shows at the time of signing.
