Mid 17th Century, the silver 19th century
The pear-shaped body painted with a continuous scene of two scholars in a rocky fenced garden, the reverse with two younger figures walking in their direction, cloud motifs on the long curved bracket spout and handle, some glaze frittings, silver-mounted swing cover with thumb-piece and end of spout, cracks to bracket
