Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1958 and its subsequent sale on 4 November 1960.

Reference 2585 was produced between 1958 and 1960.

The present watch is a spectular discovery as it is the only stainless steel Patek Philippe wristwatch known to date fitted with the celebrated self-winding caliber 12'''600. It is furthermore the only example of a reference 2585 to have appeared publicly.
