Lot Essay

Accompanied by Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1948 and its subsequent sale on 2 June 1950.

The manufacture of reference 1526 was launched in 1941 and according to literature, only 210 examples were made, the majority in yellow gold.
