The waisted domed cover with flower and berry finial, the circular vase painted with three vignettes, one in the manner of Boucher with a gallant holding a bird cage before two interested companions in wooded landscape, the other views with pastoral landcapes, within raised gilt foliate rocaille cartouches enriched in polychrome enamels, supported by three winged caryatid handles before a pierced gallery, above three monopodia hooves and a trefoil base, on toupie feet
