An English silver teakettle, stand and lamp
Mark of David Houle & Charles Houle, London, 1855
Of inverted pear shape with swirling flutes, chased and embossed with scrolling foliage and flowers, each side with a cartouch with engraved crest, hinged domed cover with flower finial, shaped swing handle, the openwork stand on three double scroll feet, attached to the kettle by two pins and chains and a plain burner, marked on stand, burner, base and handle
