A Nishapur pale green glass bottle, North East Iran, 12th century
With ribbed globular body and tall tapering neck applied with zigzag bands to each end, overall irridescence, mouth and base of neck retain the original, now opacified, white surface -- 9 1/8in. (23.2cm) high.
