Each with a rectangular inset yellow scagliola simulated marble top in a foliate-carved border, above a cavetto frieze hung with winged putto masks and centred by a faun mask issuing pierced scrolling foliage, on tapering panelled legs headed by scrolls around cabochons, on foliate-panelled block feet joined by a pierced stretcher centred by a flaming urn, losses and repairs to carving, regilt and redecorated, one pegged stretcher, conformingly carved and decorated on all four sides

A related table with similar leg profile and with pierced carved frieze is at the Galleria di Palazzo Rosso, Genoa. The alabaster marble top was acquired in Rome in 1728 (A. Gonzalez-Palacios, Il mobile in Liguria, Genoa, 1996, p. 117, pl. 141).
