A pair of Chinese bronze tripod vessels, jue, Qianlong marks and of the period
each of archaic ritual bronze form with splayed feet, the exterior decorated with a wide leiwen band and a single animal head handle, both with inscription dating them to the third year of the Qianlong reign -- 6 3/8in. (16.2cm.) high.
