With hinged gilt brass verge movement, chain fusée, plain three-arm balance, pierced and engraved cock, the white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, gilt hands, concealed within a hinged egg-form case with finely painted polychrome enamel pastoral scene with cherubs and birds, its interior with decorative red enamel motifs on a cream enamel ground, to the trefoil suspension hoop, movement signed Hanhart/Wien, hoop stamped RL
