Lot Essay

Louis Delanois, maître in 1761.

One of the most accomplished menuisiers of the 18th Century, Delanois was first established in rue Bourbon-Villeneuve and then in rue des Petits-Carreaux. He worked for important patrons, notably for the comte d'Artois, the Prince de Condé and for the comtesse du Barry.
