Oblong with a sloping hinged cover, with openwork scroll and flower cresting, centring the badge of the Royal Insurance Company Ltd., the interior fitted with wood and with an engraved inscription, marked on side, the inside engraved 'Designed and Made by Baron Eric Fleming, Stockholm'
9½ in. (24.2 cm.) long
The inscription reads: 'TO ROYAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIVERPOOL FROM SKANDIA INSURANCE COMPANY, STOCKHOLM ON THE OCCASION OF THE ROYAL'S CENTENARY 31ST MAY 1945'
