THIRD INTERMEDIATE PERIOD, DYNASTY XXI-XXV, 1070-712 B.C.
Hollow cast, depicted seated with the forelegs and paws together, the tail wrapped around the right side of the body and extending in front of the forepaws, the musculature well defined, the erect head frontal, with large lidded eyes, a slender nose, indented nostrils and an incised mouth, the ears pierced, two tenons below for insertion
