The conical body on a raised ring foot, a stamped frieze of guilloche between raised moldings below the flat overhanging rim, the two handles, rectangular in section, hooked through a double foliate ring on either side that springs from an elaborate palmette complex below, including rosettes and tendrils forming volutes
