CIRCA 3RD-2ND CENTURY B.C.
The hollow New Comedy masks each depicting a youth, both with perforated thickly-lidded eyes, their mouths agape, one with a thick twisted fillet on his head, his hair falling to either side of his face, finished in short corkscrew locks at the ends, the other with his hair rolled back around his face and finished in short corkscrew locks at the ends, both with traces of pigment preserved, perforated twice along the top

Acquired by the current owner in the late 1980s.
