                                            A pair of Worcester (Barr, Flight and Barr) crested Imari dessert-tureens, covers and plates
CIRCA 1825, PRINTED IRON-RED AND IMPRESSED MARKS
The tureens with flame finials and bird's head terminals issuing gilt loop handles, painted and gilt with a crowned double headed eagle to centre, with key-pattern cartouches, the borders painted with scrolling dark-blue cartouches, cell, scroll and dot-pattern, (minor chipping and rubbing)
The tureens 6¼ in. (15.5) cm. high, the plates 8 1/8 in. (25 cm.) diam. (6)
