Purple straight-grained morocco gilt by R. Storr of Grantham with his ticket at end, gilt edges, glazed endpapers (a few scuffmarks, a little worn at extremities). Provenance: occasional contemporary annotations (some trimmed) -- John Hely-Hutchison (monogram label and Syston Park bookplate) -- Thomas Edward Watson (bookplate; by descent to the present owners).
