With single knop, the seal engraved with a later initial - 6 3/8in. (16.2cm.) long, 1.25oz.

Specialist note

There are two possible makers for this spoon, first is 'a crescent enclosing W', attributed to William Cawdell (see Jackson page 102) and the second possibility is 'C enclosing M', attributed to Martin Cottrell, (see Jackson page 107).
