CIRCA 1715
Of squat bombé form modelled by J.J. Irminger, each side moulded with a bouquet of coloured flowers including roses, the curved spout issuing from a mask terminal with incised horns, flowing hair and an open mouth, below a moulded border moulded with pendant blue and red lambrequins and yellow and red tassels, the loop handle with foliate terminals, the domed cover moulded with three coloured flower-sprays below a knop finial (teapot with majority of footrim and tip of spout lacking, rim with chipping and interior ground, surface with blemishes and very slight wear to enamels, cover with chip to tip of finial and flaking to green enamel)
