A VIENNA (DU PAQUIER) MINIATURE TEAPOT AND COVER
CIRCA 1730
Of squat globular form, with a loop handle, each side painted with scattered specimen flower-sprays including two pink roses and an iris between silvered line borders at the rim and footrim, the very slightly scrolling spout with silver dots and pendant red husks, the loop handle with silver line terminals, the domed cover with further flowers below a silvered knop finial, within a silver line border (cover with small chip to underside edge of rim, teapot with wear to area of silvered decoration on handle)
