A PAIR OF VIENNA (DU PAQUIER) BEAKERS

Each painted and enriched in gilding with Oriental figures at various pursuits by pavilions in fabulous landscapes with fences, shrubs, trees and rockwork, one figure holding out a plate of food for a bird in flight above, with iron-red line borders above the footrims, the interiors with iron-red borders of interlocking bows with pendant dot ornament (both with very slight areas of wear, one with small rim chip and slight scratching and flaking to enamel of blue rockwork) (2)
