Modelled as a sleeping girl with a seated mastiff by her side, wearing a flowered dress, seated on rockwork before a leafy tree-trunk with a single pink rose, on a mound base painted with cherries and scattered sprays, a flower-spray to the underside, one stopper formed as a resting butterfly, the other formed as the mastiff's head (one leaf missing from base of tree-trunk on reverse, small chip to one leaf, minor losses to mount around footrim)
