A Chinese eight-panel coromanel lacquer screen, inscribed with cyclical date corresponding to 1709, Kangxi
decorated to the front with figures at leisure amongst various pavillions and gardens within borders of precious objects, the reverse with a long inscription bearing a Kangxi ji chou nian cyclical date all within landscape borders and bands of roundels, each panel -- 36 1/8 x 9¼ in. (91.7 x 23.5cm.)
