An attractive late 18th-Century brass reflecting telescope,
unsigned, the 33cm. (13in.) long barrel with threaded dust-cap, primary and secondary mirrors, screw-rod focusing and threaded eyepiece tube, mounted with two wing nuts and a bar to the ball and socket joint atop a brass column with a cylindrical aperture through the bulbous section near the base, atop a circular platform with three inswept legs with scroll feet and a central screw for post mounting -- 36.5cm. (14 3/8in.) high
