8o. Numerous collotype plates, some folding. Contemporary quarter calf, original wrappers bound in (a little wear to extremities). Provenance: François G.A. Guyot de Villeneuve's copy (pencil note in Breslauer's hand and correspondence, see below).

PRICED WITH BUYERS' NAMES THROUGHOUT. With telegram and notes by Edward Rahir of the Paris firm Morgand, who also represented the Duc d'Aumale at the sale, and a letter from d'Aumale discussing the results versus their bids with Morgand. Also includes a letter from Comte Durrieu, and a letter of congratulations from Karl Trübner to Guyot de Villeneuve for purchasing lot 58 at the sale, a 1524 manuscript of the Divine Office, illuminated by Geofroy Tory.
