A DYNAMITE ARRAY OF CLASSIC BORDEAUX, RHONE AND CALIFORNIA, ALL RECENTLY REMOVED FROM AN OUTSTANDING NORTH EAST CELLAR
This inviting cellar was put together over the last 20 years and contains many of the great wines made during that period. Look through this carefully, especially the mixed lots, there are some real gems. Almost all bought on release and stored in a superb temperature and humidity controlled cellar. Rare half bottles, rare magnums and the occasional larger format complete the picture.

Great nose needs time to open out, then peppers. Hot fiery currants on the palate, lots of spices, clean, that lovely satin feel that great Lafite has, great balance & very long. Sumptuous wine. Many years left. Sep 2002 DW
