the balloon-shaped case with brass handle to the top and inlaid satinwood conch shell patera to the front, on moulded plinth base (some lifting and cracking to veneer), the white-painted dial with Roman and Arabic chapters (some scratching), with associated twin going barrel movement with anchor escapement and countwheel strike on bell to top, signed on the backplate Etienne Lenow London -- 16in.(40.5cm.) high
