A fine large two-sheet map of Asia by the greatest European mapmaker of the late 17th century. Coronelli, a Venetian Franciscan priest, set up a school of Geography in Venice to publish maps. His largest atlas, the Atlante Veneto, was issued 1691-96. This attractive map of Asia incorporates the discoveries of Tasman.
