A blanc de Chine figure of Guanyin, 18th century
the seated female deity crisply modelled wearing a cowl and long flowing robes falling in folds at her feet, holding a lotus stem in her left hand, impressed chen wei zhi yin (the hermit Chen Wei) sealmark to reverse -- 7 5/8in. (19.3cm.) high.
